Morocco, Sweden Discuss Means to Enhance Cooperation in Renewable Energy
Rabat – Minister of Energy, Mining and Sustainable Development, Aziz Rabbah, held talks on Thursday in Rabat with Sweden’s ambassador to Morocco, Erika Ferrer.
Talks focused on the means to develop bilateral cooperation, particularly in the fields of renewable energies and sustainable development.
The meeting was an opportunity to discuss cooperation and relations between the two countries and the means to develop them, according to a statement from the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Sustainable Development.
Rabbah stressed the importance of developing cooperation in the areas of renewable energies, energy efficiency and smart grids given the importance of the Swedish experience.
In her turn, Ferrer expressed her country’s willingness in developing cooperation with Morocco in these fields, the source added.
