HM the King Welcomes Heads of State Participating in COP22 Summit

HM King Mohammed VI welcomed, on Tuesday at Bab Ighli in Marrakech, the Heads of State participating in the Summit of the 22nd Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Conference on Climate Change (COP22).

UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Patricia Espinosa, and COP22 President, Salaheddine Mezouar, were also present at the welcome ceremony.

Later on, the Sovereign posed for a family photo with the Heads of State, government and delegation participating in the COP22 Summit.
