Ifrance to Host 5th International Meeting “Water, and Waste Recycling” in October

Fez – The 5th International meeting “Water, and Waste Recycling” (ERVD’5) will be held on October 25-26 in Ifrane, at the initiative of the Reflection Group on Sustainable Development (GRDD) and Al Akhawayn University.

According to the organizers, the meeting aims to consolidate the achievements of the first four editions, particularly as regards inter-laboratory partnerships and to raise awareness among the country’s decision-makers and economic and political operators of the challenges of these strategic sectors for a sustainable development in Morocco.

It is also meant to show ways of promoting national scientific research in the fields of water treatment and waste recycling.

Leading speakers will have to deal with several aspects related to this meeting’s theme, in order to contribute to the debate in this field, by emphasizing the role of the University to raise awareness of the importance of managing water and nuisances in a context of sustainable development for society and for all humanity.
