Morocco wins HRH Princess Sabeeka’s Award for Productive Families

Riffa (Bahrain) – Morocco won the Best Productive Family Award at the local and Arab levels of HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa.

The award ceremony was organized on Thursday in Riffa (south of Manama) by the Bahraini Labour and Social Development Ministry.

The prize was granted to the family of Nawal Ibn Al Fadil for her experience in barley production in the Mediouna region (Casablanca).

The project, which aims to assist the small farmer through providing natural foods to livestock produced in small areas, focuses on the cultivation of barley at a low cost by using well water in a space of time not exceeding one week.
