AfWA to Hold Monday in Rabat 81st Meeting of its Scientific and Technical Council

Rabat – The 81st meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council (STC) of the African Water Association (AfWA) will be held from 1st to 5 April 2019 in Rabat.

“Financing, Cooperation and Capacities Building, Powerful Levers for Improving Access to Drinking Water and Sanitation Services in Africa”, will be the theme of the meeting, which will be attended by more than 200 decision-makers from Africa and other regions of the world, organizers said in a press release.

This meeting will be an opportunity to discuss the strategic priorities of the water sector in Africa, the source added.

The African Water Association (AfWA), founded in 1980, is a professional association of establishments, enterprises and utilities operating in the areas of drinking water, sanitation and environment in Africa.
