4.3-Magnitude Quake Recorded Off Driouch Coast
Rabat – An earthquake with a 4.3-magnitude on the Richter scale was recorded on Monday in the province of Driouch, said the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).
The earthquake, whose epicenter is located off the coast of the province of Driouch, occurred at 3h06min08sec p.m. (GMT+1), said the ING National Seismic Monitoring and Alarm Network in a seismic alarm bulletin.
The tremor had a depth of 22 km, with a latitude of 35.621 °N and longitude of 3.610°W, the source added.
